I am a Managing Partner of High-Test Management Company, High-Test Handyman and am a licensed Realtor with Pat Merwin Realty.  High-Test Management Company is a real estate investment company. We own a portfolio of real estate which we self-manage.  I started the company in 2009 as a sole proprietor and later restructured it into a limited liability company.  Currently, our portfolio contains single family homes, multifamily homes, student rentals, and commercial properties.  High-Test Handyman is a registered handyman and construction company.  I have many years of experience in purchasing, selling, managing, and leasing real estate.  My core competencies include but are not limited to: property analysis, financing, negotiation, prospecting, marketing, contracts/leases, purchasing, and property management.

I studied the fundamentals of Real Estate at Penn State University and hold a BS in Business and a Master in Management from Liberty University. In 2020, I retired after serving 21 years in the Army National Guard. I have been involved in real estate since 2004 when I purchased my first home. As an investor, I have had the opportunity to be involved in several different types of real estate transactions and am very well rounded in the business.
